For Sale 1992 Hi-Lo FunLite Travel Trailer in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario

I am selling a xxxx Hi-Lo FunLite. It's like a pop up trailer only better. There is no tenting material, it is solid sided, but collapses for easier storage and way easier towing, (less wind resistance and less tippy due to the lower center of gravity. It is raised hydraulically, just press a button and you're ready.
It has a dinning table that converts to sleep 2, and a couch that converts to sleep 2, and a drop down bunk above the couch that sleeps another 2, (tucks away to give more space), in total it sleeps 6.
It has a furnace, a hot water tank, a microwave, a double sink, (in the kitchen), a four burner propane stove and oven. There is also a fair amount of countertop and cupboard space. It has a 3 way refrigerator, it works on 12v, and 120v, (when on campground power), and should run on propane, (I only got that to work once, I think it needs an igniter).
It has a bathroom, with a toilet, small bath tub / shower, another sink, and a large storage cabinet with a countertop. It has a water storage tank, or it can be hooked directly to water.
The trailer has 2 skylights, one is for an optional Air-conditioner, (the plugin is there too). I had planned to add air but I didn't need it. It comes with the factory awning, however it's been damaged in the wind. The cloth is in great shape but the aluminum braces are wrecked. It is a Catalina awning and the parts needed to fix it are still available. It also comes with a large outdoor mat.
The trailer is 21 feet long. It is a double axel, with electric brakes on all 4 wheels. It has a full size spare tire on the bumper. It comes with a weight distribution hitch, and an anti sway bar installed. These and being lowered make it really easy to tow.
